LUSH’S NO PLASTIC MASCARA: MINIMALIST PACKAGING MADE FROM RECYCLED MATERIALS, PRICED AT ONLY 300,000 VND
LUSH, a British retail brand famous for its handmade, eco-friendly beauty products, has just launched “Naked Mascara,” a mascara product that does not generate plastic waste.
Unlike other mascara products that are packaged in plastic bottles, Naked Mascara consists of a tube of colored wax and a mascara brush. To keep them in place, users can place the two parts in the pre-existing paper box that holds the mascara. When using, users simply dip the brush in water, then swirl the brush in the colored tube and start brushing their lashes. The product comes in four colors with natural themes: Orca (black), Earth (brown), Reef (coral) and Ocean (blue).

In addition, there are 3 types of brushes with different functions, such as thickening or creating lines, or a brush with a round tip to separate the eyelashes. All tools are made from 100% recycled materials without plastic and harmful chemicals. Meanwhile, the colored wax tube is made from natural ingredients such as organic cocoa butter, illipe butter and cupuacu butter to nourish and soften the lashes. Meanwhile, Japanese wax, rice bran and candelilla wax ensure even color and long-lash effect.
Currently, the product is not available on the website in Vietnam. However, customers can purchase it on the LUSH website in the UK for £10 (equivalent to 300,000 VND).
